The DPA 4018A : SUPERCARDIOD MICROPHONE from DPA is designed for capturing professional-grade audio. It can be used for a broad range of music recording and long-distance broadcast/ENG/film miking applications such as booming, dialogue, interview, and table or spot-recording. It is also suitable for use as a spot or hanging microphone for orchestra recording situations. The microphone features a uniform and well controlled supercardioid pattern for high separation without off-axis frequency peaks and dips, providing an even sound around the microphone. Additionally, the rear lobe pattern on the microphone is minimized for isolation. The 4018A offers a frequency range of 10 Hz to 20 kHz and is powered by 48V of phantom power. A microphone clip and windscreen are included.
