The LISTEN TECH LR-4200-IR : INTELLIGENT DSP IR RECEIVER is for use with the company's infrared assisted listening systems. The unit features two 3.5mm stereo output jacks that can drive two pairs of headphones or a single LA-430 lanyard for T-coil users (both available separately). The result is a convenient listening experience in small-to-medium places where it's difficult to hear - including theaters, boardrooms, classrooms, courtrooms, houses of worship, and more. The receiver has an OLED display that shows unique channel names, battery status, channel status, volume status, and charge activation. The micro-USB connection is used with the free iDSP software suite for set up, programming, inventory management, firmware updates, and charging via any standard USB port. A field-replaceable, lithium-ion battery is included with the unit that powers it for up to 8 hours.
