The ARCA-SWISS QUICK RELEASE PLATE : CAMERA OR PHONE HOLDER enables you to switch between other Arca-Swiss standard tripod heads quickly. Not only could it be used with a  lightweight DSLR camera, it also comes with bulit-in phone holder and cold shoe to attach smartphone and microphone / small LED light, or other accessories. It weighs only 80g, and is 20mm in height and 80mm in length. Slides into mounts with a 38mm wide slot.
