Adding a carbon fiber monopod sled, the DIGITALFOTO THANOS PRO II : GIMBAL SUPPORT SYSTEM is a second-generation body-worn support system for single-grip gimbals such as the DJI RS 2, RSC 2, and Ronin-S, Zhiyun-Tech CRANE 2S and 3S, Moza Air 2, and more. A dual-spring arm secures to the adjustable vest. The monopod sled attaches to a yoke and collar, and the collar inserts into a receptacle on the spring arm. Your gimbal then attaches to the monopod sled, which offers both 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 mounting points (via conversion) to support virtually all handheld gimbals. The THANOS-PRO II supports up to 23 lb of gimbal weight and relieves the weight off your arm, shoulder, and back muscles while providing additional stability, so you can achieve even smoother rich-looking professional shots.

The yoke and collar allow you to effortlessly tilt the monopod sled as well as flip it upside down for underslung shots with your gimbal. The monopod sled is adjustable between 18 and 32" in length. A sled base with counterweights attaches to the bottom of the monopod sled. Between the adjustment of the monopod sled and the counterweights, you can easily find the ideal balance for your gimbal for different shooting scenarios. The sled base also has feet that allow you to set the entire setup on the ground.

Also included are an 11" articulating arm and a V-mount battery plate with USB, D-Tap, and three DC ports. The battery plate comes with a set of DC and dummy battery cables for connecting to various cameras and devices, including the Sony a7S and a7R models, Canon 5D and 6D models, and the BMPCC 4K/6K. The articulating arm can be attached to a 1/4"-20 thread on the sled base to support monitors and other devices and accessories.

Additional Features

• The sled base consists of dedicated 15mm LWS brackets attached to 15mm carbon fiber rods. All the brackets are slide-adjustable on the rods, including the ones that hold the counterweights, allowing you to further adjust overall balance. One of the brackets is for attaching accessories. It offers a shoe mount and 1/4"-20 threads.
• The counterweights are mounted on a long stud on the appropriate bracket and are secured tool-free via wingnuts.
• There are two additional 1/4"-20 threads on the collar.
