Pro Gear SA is incredibly responsive and often has stock of equipment that none of the other suppliers (who I also love, I’m not throwing shade) have. It is clear that he puts a lot of time and risk into researching and stocking alternative products that aren’t just what Newsshooter has reported on (so not just jumping on trends). Craig worked/ works in the sound department so understands the importance of the “right tool for the job” and the demands of set and I can see that the stock he keeps on hand is often what we need to be more efficient, protect the equipment we have or get quickly when we are in a pinch whereas other companies need to order these items and it takes 7-10 working days. Of course he can’t keep all stock on hand but things like D-tap splitters and D-tap to dc barrels are surprisingly difficult to get locally - but Craig magically has what we need for our rentals business 80% of the time which is the difference between us having a happy client or losing a client… So thanks Craig!

I just wanted to extend a thank you for such excellent service. I unboxed the goodies today and got everything up and running in good working order. But just wanted to say I like the personalized touch you have with your clients. Unboxing the goods and finding the small little trinkets inside is another level of great customer care that I have not yet experienced with any company.
