We guarantee the best prices on all products, as stipulated by our suppliers. Our exchange rate is updated twice daily on the website in order to keep the prices inline with international trends.
The cost and delivery time of your order are estimated online at the checkout. This is generally 10-15 working days but we push for better times than that constantly. Packages are generally dispatched from the manufacturer within 3-5 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS with tracking. You will receive tracking notification either via SMS or email.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs and import duties into South Africa. Although shipping includes insurance, the package/s will be dispatched at your own risk. However, due to the nature of the items being purchased, special care is taken to protect these "fragile" objects.
Boxes are amply sized by either the manufacturer or by staff of PRO GEAR SA, and your items are well-protected.
The estimation is performed according to the weight of items, where they originate, and is calculate live to get the best rates possible.
We deliver orders anywhere in South Africa. Should you be outside of our borders, we can still deal with you. Contact us directly.
A courier will deliver your order right to your doorstep.

Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Debit and Credit cards, as well as via Instant EFT (SID). All our payments are secure and handled by PayGate (Pty) Ltd and FNB. Tripp Lite's DB25-ALL offers dataline surge suppression for any DB25 serial port, regardless of cable configurations. Connects and protects all 25 pins plus D shell chassis for universal protection of any DB25 application. User configurable for use with male or female captive DB25 port. Convenient DB25 input and output connects directly to the protected port, obtaining a ground outlet from the computer chassis. Surge suppression is handled with balanced arrays of high-speed avalanche diodes that divert excess energies created by electrostatic discharges, faulty wiring or lightning away from network interface connections. Tripp Lite network surge suppressors reduce blown interface connections, garbled transmissions, system lock-ups and hard equipment failure by safely shunting dataline surges to ground.
SUPPRESSION: Reversible DB9 m/f jacks, protects pins 1-25 and chassis, 18V clamping
Does your equipment have a DB25 connection? That connection is a potential inlet for damaging surges and line noise to affect your PC, printer or modem. Protect any DB25 serial connection with the DataShield™ DB25-ALL In-Line Surge Suppressor, and make sure your network is safe from power problems.
