Ultrawide UHF Spectrum
An ultrawide UHF 550 to 960 MHz operating spectrum utilizes GPS-based frequency updates and advanced auto scanning to avoid interference in scenarios with lots of obstacles. Three sets of antennas for each component—550 to 680 MHz, 614 to 698 MHz, and 863 to 960 MHz—allow you to select between different frequency bands to best suit your environment. The transmitters also have selectable RF power modes in 10, 25, 50, and 100mW for use in professional applications.
Powerful Beltpack Transmitters
Each transmitter unit features locking 3.5mm TRS input ports to incorporate microphones or line-level signals into the system. A 130 dB dynamic range ensures reliable sound recording. The transmitters also have selectable 3 and 5V plug-in power for use with select microphones and lavaliers. Record 24- or 32-bit float audio with timecode sync directly to the transmitters thanks to their microSD card slots, which accommodate the included 32GB cards or up to 256GB (separately available) cards. The transmitters can store up to 8 timecode sync groups to easily swap between sources via its 3.5mm TRS and USB-C inputs or wirelessly with the separately available Saramonic TC NEO.
Miniature Lavaliers
Two miniature lavaliers capture crystal clear audio with a discreet form factor thanks to their 0.1" size. Despite their tiny size, durability is not sacrificed. The lavaliers are IP67 rated for water and dust-resistant and also feature a reinforced cable.
Dual-Channel Camera-Mount Receiver
A wide array of output options on the camera-mount receiver makes the K9-US compatible with many different types of devices. Two locking 3.5mm TRS outputs and a USB-C port accommodate both analog and digital devices. The USB-C port can also be used to power the receiver with external battery sources. Two LED displays on the receiver, one on the front and one at the top, make viewing your recording status and other monitoring parameters more intuitive and efficient.
Mobile App Control
Use the Saramonic System App to remotely control the K9-US system settings. Scan and select frequencies, coordinate multiple systems, adjust gain and output settings, manage power settings, mute and unmute the transmitters, and engage the backup recorders without needing to handle the devices.
