Eligibility of Items for Return or Exchange

Regrettably, we are unable to accept returns from customers who have ordered incorrect items. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase and will assist with replacements to the best of our ability. This may involve facilitating communication between you and the supplier. It is important to note that you are responsible for understanding the products you are purchasing, and that there is no pressure from Pro Gear SA or any of its representatives to make a specific purchase. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and accept this understanding. Please be aware that all guarantees and warranties are provided by the supplier and not by Pro Gear SA. If a supplier agrees to accept a return (which we cannot guarantee), the items must be unopened, in their original packaging, with all factory labels intact, and in a condition suitable for resale. 

 

Rules on Returning and Exchanging Items with Discovered Defects

Customers must promptly notify Pro Gear SA of any defects found in their products and request rectification within 30 calendar days of receiving the products from Pro Gear SA or its representatives. The only exception to this policy is any defects resulting from improper handling by the customer. To initiate a return, customers must provide a copy of the proof of purchase and send this request directly via email to us, so that we have the request in writing.

 

Return Merchandise Authorization

In order to ensure customer satisfaction, we have the capability to generate Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) codes for the return of equipment and items covered under warranty to the manufacturers for repair. Shipping costs will be determined and agreed upon with the manufacturer at the time of discussion.
