Lau-Lynn Leather grew as a division of Lau-Lynn Marketing who had position itself as a leading Motorola two way radio dealer. On customers requests for leather carry cases it was decided to manufacture a carry case to compliment the two way radios. The design of the carry case was engineered by our father who was a qualified shoe maker, and his knowledge of leather products manufacturing enable us to develop a single seem genuine leather robust user friendly product. The first customer to receive the carry cases was Samancor on instruction from the late Mr. Andre Poly. Soon the carry cases became standard accessories to all two way radios been sold by Lau-Lynn Marketing. Our biggest customer is SASOL who specified the Lau-Lynn Leather carry cases on all Two Way Radios Supplied. To date we have manufactured and supplied in excess of 500 000 cases to the industry.
