We guarantee the best prices on all products, as stipulated by our suppliers. Our exchange rate is updated twice daily on the website in order to keep the prices inline with international trends.

Shipping

The cost and delivery time of your order are estimated online at the checkout. This is generally 10-15 working days but we push for better times than that constantly. Packages are generally dispatched from the manufacturer within 3-5 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS with tracking. You will receive tracking notification either via SMS or email.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs and import duties into South Africa. Although shipping includes insurance, the package/s will be dispatched at your own risk. However, due to the nature of the items being purchased, special care is taken to protect these "fragile" objects.

Boxes are amply sized by either the manufacturer or by staff of PRO GEAR SA, and your items are well-protected.

The estimation is performed according to the weight of items, where they originate, and is calculate live to get the best rates possible.

We deliver orders anywhere in South Africa. Should you be outside of our borders, we can still deal with you. Contact us directly.

FREE NATIONWIDE SHIPPING

On orders R5000 and up (unless otherwise described)

Shipping costs displayed on sales price are form the supplier to our warehouse. For orders over R5000 we will ship your items to your door FREE OF CHARGE .

For orders under R5000 there will be a small courier fee involved to get the items delivered to your door.

PAYMENTS

Payment may be made via Visa, MasterCard, Debit and Credit cards, as well as via Instant EFT (SID). All our payments are secure and handled by PayGate (Pty) Ltd and FNB. We have negotiated a merchant account in order to keep these costs as slow as possible. Another option is for you to handle your own bank EFT transfer - (Place an order, print the received invoice, pay it using ORDER NUMBER as reference, and email us the Proof Of Payment).
